Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Love Joy LoveJoy Coupler parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Saftronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rta-Pavia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sae-Elektronik product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Saftronics such as the VG10E9ST34040B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UCM23 manufactured by Rta-Pavia and we are pleased to be able to service most Rta-Pavia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT81ATTYFP by Manufacturer Sae-Elektronik as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Saftronics Brand 043420429A0001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Saftronics such as CA452 equipment made by Saftronics have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available RX1500PN48XX made by Siemens as well as the popular S015 original spares produced by Trutzschler

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4503705 by Rotork and CA452 spares by Saftronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
